We work to ensure unlimited futures for all girls regardless of gender, sex, ethnicity, background or parental income. We support girls aged 14-19 from the least advantaged communities by connecting them to a network of professional female role models and a mentor for a year.

Situation
Many of the girls we work with don’t believe they can have high-status careers or achieve their ambitions, and may have only been exposed to narrow, stereotypical experiences of work. These girls face a double-disadvantage – gender inequality exacerbated by poverty, dramatically affecting their long-term prospects. The Covid-19 pandemic and cost of living crisis have further reduced the life chances of girls and young women living in areas of least advantage.
Solution
We deliver a year-long mentoring programme and offer life-long access to our Ambassador Community, through which we connect 14-19 year-olds to a network of women who act as role models, along with access to workshops, skills development opportunities and new experiences. We inspire and empower girls and young women to build their confidence, self-esteem and to develop a sense of agency. We nurture their ambitions, celebrate their achievements and encourage them to create limitless futures.
